Our Story

A family tradition, built into a business.

Owner Kesler Pollard has always been obsessed with Christmas. Growing up, he was the kid who wanted to go out into the woods to cut down his own Christmas tree, hang lights from the ceiling in his bedroom, and always bugged his dad about not having the shiniest decorations in town.

Now, as a husband to his wife Megan and father to his daughter Eloise and son James, decorating the house for Christmas has become a cherished family tradition. This passion for spreading the joy of the holiday season to others is what inspired Kesler to create Christmas Champs.

Isaac Barfield

Head of Up on the Housetop

Isaac grew up in Lancaster, South Carolina. He founded Lancaster Pro Wash in 2023 and added holiday lighting in 2024. That first season made it clear where his strengths came together: field operations, crew leadership, and an obsession with clean installs.

He’s led field operations for Christmas Champs since 2025, bringing an owner’s mentality to every job he runs — holding every crew to the same standard he holds himself. Isaac lives in Lancaster with his wife and two daughters.

Gibs Moran

Head of Making the List and Checking It Twice

Gibs has been with Christmas Champs since 2023 and is heading into his fourth season with us.

As our resident Operations Specialist, he’s the one who turns photos of your home into the custom design you see on your quote — and then keeps everything behind it moving: materials, install specs, scheduling, and the hundred details that have to line up before a crew ever pulls into your driveway.

If a season at Christmas Champs runs smoothly, Gibs built the process that made it run.
