between July and October, with installs running from mid-October through mid-December. The earlier you reach out, the more flexibility we have on your installation window — and the better your odds of locking in a specific weekend.

Before your install day we’ll confirm outlet locations and any access details. When the job is complete, your Crew Lead will knock to let you know the display is up and your timer is set. If you’re not home, no worries – our team returns within 24 hours for the Quality Visit to inspect everything and make sure it’s perfect.

Starting the first week of January, we come back on a scheduled day, pull every light and clip from your home, and load it all into labeled bins. Your set gets stored in our climate-controlled facility through the off-season. When fall rolls around, we pull your bins, inspect each strand, and your same display is ready to go back up.
