What It Is

Santa’s Guarantee is our fullseason maintenance commitment — included with every installation.

If anything goes wrong between install day and your January takedown, we send a crew back out and make it right — at no charge. One team, the whole season, no excuses. You never chase us down; that’s the whole point.

From install day through January, your entire display is covered. Here’s what that means in practice.

A bulb dims or fades

Notice a strand looking dull or a section gone dark? We’ll come out and swap it so your roofline stays even and bright.

A storm shifts things

Charlotte weather happens. If wind or ice knocks a run loose or pulls a clip, we re secure it fast — just give us a call.

A timer or connection fails

If your timer drifts, a plug stops working, or anything electrical acts up, we diagnose and fix the whole system — not just the symptom.

The Quality Visit

Within one business day of install, we return for a full inspection — every strand, clip, wire run, and timer — before you’ve had your first real look from the street.

Santa’s Guarantee, explained

Do I need to be home for my installation?
Nope — you don’t need to be there at all. Our crew handles everything outside. Before your install day we’ll confirm outlet locations and any access details. When the job is complete, your Crew Lead will knock to let you know the display is up and your timer is set. If you’re not home, no worries — our team returns within 24 hours for the Quality Visit to inspect everything and make sure it’s perfect.

We supply every light, every clip, every timer, and every piece of hardware — custom-measured to your home — plus custom design consultation, professional installation, Santa’s Guarantee maintenance coverage throughout the season, full takedown in January, and year-round storage in our climate-controlled facility. No hidden fees.

Every display is custom-quoted based on your home — there are no fixed packages you’re locked into. After a quick consultation, we design a display tailored to your property and send you a menu-style quote where every line item is optional. You pick exactly what you want, adjust anything that doesn’t fit your vision, and we’ll get you scheduled.

Every quote includes professional installation, premium commercial-grade lights and hardware, Santa’s Guarantee maintenance coverage, full takedown in January, and year-round storage. No hidden fees, no surprises.

Most displays fall somewhere between $1,500 and $5,000+ depending on the size of your home and the scope of your design — but the best way to know what your home will look like and what it’ll cost is to get your free design. We’ll handle the rest.

Starting the first week of January, we come back on a scheduled day, pull every light and clip from your home, and load it all into labeled bins. Your set gets stored in our climate-controlled facility through the off-season. When fall rolls around, we pull your bins, inspect each strand, and your same display is ready to go back up.
As early as August. Our calendar fills quickly, especially for November installations. Book early for the best selection of dates.
